Disney’s Animal Kingdom

Disney’s Animal Kingdom

Because Disney’s Animal Kingdom is so heavily focused on the ability to see animals in their natural habitat throughout the day, the park usually opens and closes the earliest of all four theme parks in Disney World.

So, while most parks are open to 9PM in March, Disney’s Animal Kindom has shorter hours. And, you’ll want to pay attention to the hours because they vary a little bit throughout the month — here’s how they break down.

Toy Story Land at Disney’s Hollywood Studios

And, that’s a wrap on Disney World’s park hours in March! Don’t forget that, as of January 2024, Disney World no longer requires that guests with date-based tickets make a Park Pass Reservation for the park they plan to visit each day of your trip — you can just show up to whatever park you like! However, if you have a non-date-based ticket or are a Disney World Annual Passholder, you’ll still need to do some planning to secure a park reservation before they book up.

It’s also important to note that all-day park hopping is BACK, so if you have a Park Hopper Ticket or Annual Pass you can go to any park you want, whenever you want. Just got into Magic Kingdom at 8AM and decide you want to head to EPCOT instead? Park hop away!
