If you’ve been to Disney World’s Star Wars hotel, you’re probably dreaming of a way to go back. And, if you haven’t been yet, you’re probably dreaming of a way to get there.
Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser is more than just your average Disney hotel — it’s an entire experience where you get to live out your very own Star Wars story in a highly immersive 2-night “voyage.” You can think of it as part cruise-part escape game-part Star Wars movie.

Disney has announced a DVC member-exclusive voyage from August 19th to 21st, 2023! And, you won’t have to pay full price — all DVC members will save 30% on their trip. Plus, you’ll also receive “special parting gifts” when you leave at the end of your voyage.
Reservations for this DVC member-exclusive voyage open on March 21st at 11AM EDT. Here’s how to secure your spot:
- Head to the Disney Vacation Club website.
- Select “Reserve Your Spot”. Be sure to have your Member number ready.
- You will enter a virtual waiting room, which secures your place in line. Do not refresh the page.
- When it’s your turn, you’ll be sent to the registration form to reserve your spot on the Member Voyage!
Within 72 hours of registering, you’ll receive a call from Disney requesting payment and your trip will be confirmed! Note that you can pay for your stay using DVC Points or cash and can only book a maximum of 3 cabins per membership. Cancellations will be accepted up to 30 days prior to your voyage on the starcruiser.

Now, is 30% off actually a good deal? We’ve crunched the numbers before and it really equals out to your stay at Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser costing somewhere between $3,152-$3,546, which is a couple of thousands of dollars in savings.
Of course, this includes your room, all your meals, one-day admission to Disney’s Hollywood Studios, valet parking, and an exclusive Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser MagicBand, so you’re getting a bit more bang for your buck.
