If you’re a big Star Wars fan, you’ve probably considered booking at stay at Disney World’s new Star Wars hotel — Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser.
Unlike other Disney World hotels where you mostly stay there to sleep between park visits, the Galactic Starcruiser is a 2-night, 3(ish)-day voyage, where you are immersed in your very own Star Wars story. The way that it works is comparable to a Disney cruise where your meals are included in the cost, you have excursions (to the planet of Batuu at Disney’s Hollywood Studios), and there’s an onboard itinerary. So, the only way to have a more “traditional” Disney World vacation where you visit the theme parks is to book additional nights at another Disney hotel. And, now there’s a cheaper way to do that for a limited time!
Disney has announced a brand new Disney Resort offer where you can save up to $350 per night on a 1- or 2-night stay at select Disney hotels when combined with Galactic Starcruiser voyages from February 5th through September 30th, 2023.
Your hotel reservation must be for the dates immediately before or after your stay at the Galactic Starcruiser, though it does not need to be on consecutive nights. So, you could book a hotel for the night before and after your voyage, the two nights before your voyage, or the two nights after your voyage.

Save $150 per night at:
- Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort
Note that the following voyage dates are excluded from the offer:
- February 16th, 18th, and 22nd
- March 12th and 14th
- April 3rd, 7th, 9th, 11th, and 13th
- May 3rd and 17th
- June 12th and 16th
- July 24th
- August 9th, 15th, 19th, 21st, and 23rd
Now, the maximum number of nights that you can book with this offer is 2, so you won’t necessarily be able to make a full Disney World visit out of that if you want to visit all four theme parks around your Starcruiser voyage. But, there are several other Disney hotel discounts available in 2023 that you can check out. Just keep in mind that the Starcruiser offer can’t be combined with any other hotel deals — so pick the one that works best for you and your family (and saves you the most!).
